Yes, it’s true. We’re sorry to report that the Witz Seminars that had been scheduled for ProFusion 2011 have been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
The team from Witz will still be in attendance, so if you have any questions, you can head directly to their booth (V522) on the trade show floor and they’ll be more than happy to help you out.
Witz & Vistek will be offering some seminars after ProFusion, so stay tuned to find out how you can take part in one or all of them!
With just under 4 days left until ProFusion 2011 gets underway, things are really in full swing around here, and you do NOT want to miss out on any of the excitement!
There will be over 80 vendors booths on our expanded trade show floor where you’ll be able to talk to the leading (and most innovative) manufacturers as they parade their latest tools and technology.
A dynamic Demonstration Theatre is going to play host to two days of FREE information sessions & product demos featuring everything from software, on-location lighting & printing demonstrations to showcase launches & copyright law information.
And along with all of the excitement on the trade show floor, ProFusion is showcasing an amazing selection of professional seminars and workshops, conducted by world-renowned experts in the field of photography and videography – some lecturers in Canada for the very first time.
There really is something on offer for everyone this year. But space is limited. And last year saw a standing-room-only situation (luckily some quick-thinking staffers were able to move things around and accommodate everyone.) But do you really want to tempt fate this year?
And have we mentioned that admission tickets to the trade show are available right now FREE of charge? Get yours now – and avoid that pesky $10 fee at the door on the day of the event.
On both Friday, June 17 & Saturday, June 18, JVC is doing something very special at Profusion 2011. They will be on hand to preview their new, affordable 4K technology with a small, hand-held camcorder that records 3840 x 2160 – that’s 4 times the resolution of full HD
4K represents an exciting new direction in video and digital cinematography. With 4 times the resolution of full HD, shooting and editing in 4K delivers breathtaking images suitable for the largest cinema screens and opens up many new creative possibilities – even when the final output is ordinary HD.
We hope that you can join in on one of these private sessions to learn more about this new technology. We expect the sessions to be interactive, as the folks at JVC want to hear from you what features you’d like to see on a 4K camera. Sessions will be held Friday and again on Saturday.
Seating is limited, so sign up TODAY to secure your spot! Don’t miss out on this FREE event!
One of the highlights of ProFusion’s inaugural event was its riveting Demo Theatre – located smack, dab in the middle of the Trade Show.
And his year’s event promises to be even bigger & better; with a lineup that includes informative seminars on Copyright Law, software How Tos and product demonstrations, you may find yourself lingering longer on the Trade Show floor than you’d originally planned.

Antonio Turco takes questions from the crowd during his 2010 Copyright Law presentation;
he’ll be on hand again this year to keep you in the legal loop!
